About the Position

As a Homecare PT (Physical Therapist) at Bay Regional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements
