LPN - All Shifts Available
We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts at our Albany location. As an LPN at St. Peters Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident's health status and report any changes to the Registered Nurse
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
