Job Description

As an Information Associate at Samaritan Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating patient information in the electronic health record system
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff
  • Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff members
  • Performing general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
