About the Dialysis Tech - Acute Dialysis Role

As a Dialysis Tech in our Acute Dialysis department, you will be responsible for assisting in the care and treatment of patients with kidney failure or other renal disorders. Your duties may include:

  • Preparing and maintaining dialysis machines
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs during dialysis treatment
  • Administering prescribed medications as directed
  • Assisting with patient education on self-care techniques
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements for the Position

To be considered for the Dialysis Tech - Acute Dialysis position, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Completion of an accredited Dialysis Technician program
  3. Certification as a Dialysis Technician
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
