Job Responsibilities

As an Inpatient Pharmacist - PRN, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team by ensuring safe and effective medication use for our inpatients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing patient medication orders
  • Providing medication therapy management
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Monitoring patient responses to medications
  • Offering drug information to healthcare providers and patients

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution
  2. Active pharmacy license in the state of Michigan
  3. Prior experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting
  4. Strong knowledge of medication therapy and drug interactions
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
