Job Description

As a Receptionist at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
  • Collecting and verifying patient information, such as contact details and insurance information
  • Updating and maintaining patient records
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
