Job Description
As a Phlebotomist at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a critical role in the healthcare process by collecting blood samples from patients for various medical tests and procedures. Responsibilities

- Performing venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood samples

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the phlebotomy area

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program or certification
- Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or in a similar role
