Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Safety Officer to join our team at Bay Regional Medical Center. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our organization's mission of providing exceptional patient care.
As a Safety Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our facility, patients, and staff. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and providing training on safety procedures. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to handle emergency situations
- Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred
