About the Position
As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Rehab department, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients with heart conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including cardiologists, physical therapists, and nutritionists, to develop personalized care plans and provide effective treatment and support.
Your Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients' responses
- Educate patients and their families on post-rehabilitation strategies and lifestyle modifications

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in cardiac care or rehabilitation
