The Role of a Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive nutritious and delicious meals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving, following specific dietary guidelines
  • Delivering meals to patients' rooms and ensuring dietary restrictions are respected
  • Collecting and documenting food preferences, allergies, and dietary needs
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Collaborating with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations
