About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in providing high-quality therapy services to our patients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and activities
  • Preparing treatment areas and equipment
  • Providing support during patient evaluations and treatments
  • Maintaining patient records and documentation
  • Monitoring and reporting patient progress to the therapy team

Requirements:

In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well within a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
