Job Responsibilities

As a CRNA at Bay Regional Medical Center, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs throughout the anesthesia process
  • Assessing patients' medical conditions and ensuring their readiness for anesthesia
  • Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patients' safety and comfort
  • Managing and maintaining anesthesia equipment and supplies

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this CRNA position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Current CRNA certification and licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Excellent knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
