Responsibilities of a Provider Relations Specialist

As a Provider Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospice agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with healthcare providers to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
• Acting as a liaison between the medical center and external providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Providing support, education, and resources to healthcare providers regarding hospice services and procedures
• Conducting regular visits to healthcare facilities to maintain relationships and gather feedback

Requirements for the Role
