Job Description

As an RN, Clinical Nurse Educator in Critical Care at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development of our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in critical care nursing will be vital in providing education, training, and support to our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver educational programs to enhance critical care nursing knowledge and skills
  • Develop and implement training materials and resources
