The Role

As an SPD tech, you will be responsible for facilitating the sterilization process of medical equipment and supplies in our sterile processing department. This crucial role ensures the safety and cleanliness of all instruments used during medical procedures.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience as an SPD tech or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Adherence to infection control and safety protocols
  • Certification in sterile processing (preferred but not mandatory)
