About the RN Weekend NICU Job

As an RN in our NICU, you will play a vital role in caring for our tiniest patients who require specialized medical attention. Your compassion, expertise, and ability to provide holistic care will contribute to the well-being and development of these fragile infants.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct and indirect nursing care to newborns in the NICU
  • Monitoring vital signs and assessing patients' conditions
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Supporting families in understanding their newborn's condition and providing emotional support
  • Maintaining accurate patient documentation

We are seeking dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and empathy. Previous experience in a NICU setting is preferred, but we welcome passionate RNs with a strong desire to specialize in neonatal care.
