Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Pharmacist in our hospital, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive medication therapy plans
  • Monitoring medication therapies to ensure effectiveness and minimize adverse drug reactions
  • Providing drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of Connecticut
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacotherapy principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
