Job Description
As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medication therapies for our patients. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical principles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and optimize medication therapies
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and dispense medications following established protocols

- Monitor medication therapy outcomes and recommend adjustments as necessary
Qualifications:
- PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Valid state pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics
- Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred
