Position Overview

As a Residential Staff Support, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in need of residential care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support and assistance to residents
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents
  • Managing and documenting resident activities and progress
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
  • Assisting with personal hygiene and meal preparation as required

Requirements

To be considered for the Residential Staff Support position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
