Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatrics Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing care for pediatric patients
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring and documenting patient's progress
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications

To qualify for the position of Registered Nurse in our Pediatrics Department, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Maryland
  • A minimum of two years of experience in pediatric nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts and weekends
