Job Responsibilities

As a CNA at Dyersville Senior Care, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their daily activities and personal care needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Aiding in mobility and transferring of residents
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

To be considered for the CNA position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in caring for seniors
