As a Resident Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  2. Previous experience in addiction recovery or counseling
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  6. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods
  7. Valid CPR and First Aid certification
