Job Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in our inpatient department, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and evaluating patients' conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic exercises and modalities
  • Utilizing advanced technologies and equipment to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress
  • Educating patients and their families on post-treatment exercises and home care

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

  • Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Be licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient setting
  • Possess excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered
