About the Role
As a Mental Health Worker at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to patients in our Adult division. Working in the evenings, you will be responsible for assisting the clinical team in implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing emotional support to patients during their stay.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Monitoring patient behaviors and reporting any concerns to the clinical team
- Facilitating therapeutic group activities and individual sessions
