The Role of a Registered Nurse in our Infusion Center

As a Registered Nurse in our Infusion Center, you will play a vital role in administering medications, fluids, and other treatments to patients requiring infusion therapy. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate medication dosing and monitoring patient responses.

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient. In addition, you will provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand and manage their condition.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for the Registered Nurse position in our Infusion Center, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Specialized Certification: Certified Infusion Nurse (CRNI) preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, proficient in IV therapy and infusion techniques
