Your Role as a Patient Observer/Sitter

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare or patient-care setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

Responsibilities
As a Patient Observer/Sitter, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing continuous observation and monitoring of assigned patients
- Reporting any changes in patient condition or behavior to the assigned nurse
- Assisting with basic patient care tasks, such as assisting with mobility or fulfilling comfort needs
- Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and observations
- Following all hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
