Requirements and Qualifications

Bay Regional Medical Center requires the following qualifications for the position of Occupational Therapist:

  • Educational Background: A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in outpatient therapy is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
